Once you have chosen your property, contact us by completing the online form or call us on +34 634 348 703. We will then confirm the price & availability for the property of your choice and send you the relevant booking form. You must then complete and return the booking form and pay the relevant deposit. Payment can be made by bank transfer and debit card.

Additional Information
A deposit of 25% of the total price is required at the time of booking; reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and completed booking form.
The balance, plus refundable security bond, are payable 6 weeks before arrival. Exclusive Holiday Villas will contact you to remind you when this balance is due. In the event that the booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date, the full amount is due at the time of booking, plus the refundable security bond.
Check In is after 2 pm, Check Out is no later than 10am on the day of departure.
