Winter Let
Here below is a selection of our holiday rental properties which are available for winter lets. The minimum term is 2 months and the prices below are monthly.
Utility bills (electric, water, gas, Wifi) are not included in the rental price of the property. The utility bills will be capped per month and can be paid monthly in advance or upfront in total at the beginning of the let, if preferred.
Payment of rentals are as follows:
2 or 3 months - 25% deposit at the time of booking, balance plus security bond 6 weeks in advance. For periods of 4 - 6 months (with owner pre-approval) there are 3 payments, 25% deposit at the time of booking, 25% plus security bond 6 weeks in advance. The remaining 50% is payable at the mid point of your stay.
