The area is Air Conditioned with sofas and chairs plus a dining area. There are plenty of books, DVDs, CDs and games for both adults and children.

Accessibility
The Accommodation is on the 1st floor but is serviced by a lift and stairs that link to the underground parking.

There is a terrace off the lounge with a dining table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. The apartment has its own underground parking space.

25% deposit payable at the time of booking. The balance, plus a returnable bond of 250 Euro is due 6 weeks in advance of arrival date.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, arrival time is 3.00pm and departure is expected at 10.00am
