Villa Vista Cabrera is located in Agua Nueva just 2 minutes from the village of Turre.  On the main level, the villa consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with the main kitchen and lounge.  You have a bottom floor which holds a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge (small studio, separate entry available).  The villa is well equipped throughout with TV in the lounge and wi-fi connection.  There is a large 10m by 5m private pool with large terrace area.  Ideal countryside location within short distance of Mojacar beach wich has numerous beaches, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Air conditioning available throughout the property.

Accommodation:

Bedroom 1 double bed and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 twin beds with shared bathroom.

Bedroom 3 (annexe) double bed with shared bathroom (downstairs).

Kitchen:

Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle,  toaster and dishwasher. Dining table.

Utility Room:

Washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Lounge:

Flat screen television. Ample seating for six people.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:

Towels and linen included. The property will be cleaned on arrival and departure. Additional cleans and linen changes are available at an additional cost.

Accessibility:

The accommodation is on one level with a step at the entrance of the villa.

Outside:

The property has a 10m x 5m pool.  Off the kitchen there is a shaded lounge area with table and chairs.

Coast/Beach:

Numerous beaches within a ten minute drive, including family beaches, water sports and designated nudist areas.

How to get there:

Almeria airport – 50 minutes

Murcia – I hour 30 minutes

Alicante – 2 hours

Malaga – 3 hours

Distances:

The nearest village is Turre a 2 minute drive from the villa or a ten minute walk through countryside. Turre has many bars, restaurants, a large supermarket and many independent shops, several hairdressers and banks. The local market every Friday is a must.

Booking notes

25% deposit payable at the time of booking. The balance, plus a returnable bond of 350 Euros, due 6 weeks in advance of arrival date.

Changeover day

Preferred changeover day is flexible, arrival time is 3.00pm and departure is expected at 10.00am.
