The apartment features a bright, open living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and modern décor. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals, while children can play in the volleyball or tennis area. A private entrance ensures peace and serenity.

Access:
The apartment is easily accessible by car from nearby major cities. For those traveling by public transport, regular bus services are available. The airport is located approximately 45 minutes away by car.

Additional information:

Cleaning, towels, and bed linens are included in the price, ensuring your comfort with no additional fees.  Access to a shared swimming pool, open from 9:00 a.m. to midnight, as well as an indoor pool for swimming even during cooler periods.  Parking is available right next to the property. Parking is free, but spaces are not guaranteed.  Smoking is not permitted indoors in order to maintain a pleasant environment.  Pets and parties are not allowed in order to respect the peace and quiet of the property.

Booking notes

25% deposit payable at the time of booking. The balance, plus a returnable bond of 200 Euros is due 6 weeks in advance of arrival date.

Changeover day

Changeover day is flexible, arrival time is 3.00 p.m. and departure is expected at 10.00 a.m.
