Villa Pikorua is a character property, set in a mountain location just a short distance from Bedar village.  The villa is furnished to a very high standard throughout with an open plan lounge dining room which leads onto a covered terrace area with spectacular views on the sierra Cabrera mountain range in the distance.  There are 3 bedrooms on ground level, 2 with a shared bathroom and the 3rd with en-suite shower room.  The master bedroom is on the 1st floor with en-suite bathroom and large terrace.  Outside is a private pool surrounded by a terrace with 8 sunloungers for all the guests.  The garden is completely fenced for safety and security.

The accommodation is set on 2 levels with 3 bedrooms on ground level.  The property would be ideal for people with restricted mobility.

The village of Bedar is 5 minute drive and offers a number of restaurants, bars, small shops and a bank.

Booking notes

25% deposit payable at the time of booking. The balance, plus a returnable bond of 350 Euros, due 6 weeks in advance of arrival date.

Changeover day

Changeover day is Flexible, arrival time is 4.00pm and departure is expected at 10.00am
